About

People often ask: What inspires you most as an artist?
The one word answer is, EVERYTHING!
As wonderful as that truth is, it can be my best friend when I'm painting or my worst enemy when I have to take care of running a business. Over the years I've had several art businesses, but most of them were serviced based and involved lots of physical labor. Eventually, that led to 3 joint replacements and a desire to downsize my art.
So, now that I'm in a product based business, I find it very useful to create collections of theme-based art rather than individual, unrelated subject matter.  It keeps me focused on a larger mission, thereby limiting my magnetic draw to distractions of all that glitters.
Now it's time for me to say thank you so much for visiting my site, and I hope you'll find something special that you didn't even know you needed. The most gratification I get as an artist is when someone says, "I Love that!" about one of my pieces, and then tells me why. The biggest kick I get as a business person is when I make a sale!
Cheers!
